Service Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Duty To Scoop! By engaging our services, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Duty To Scoop ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). For any inquiries, please contact us at malachi@dutytoscoop.com or 509-289-4608.

2. Service Area

We proudly serve Walla Walla and College Place, WA. Additional locations may be added.

3. Services Provided

We offer:

• Pet Waste Removal
• Yard Deodorizing & Sanitation

Customers can select weekly, biweekly, monthly (or customized schedules in some cases). To optimize costs and efficiency, **routes are optimized** and service days may shift accordingly. Customers do not choose a time and may be subject to having days of service moved around. We do this to keep your costs down much like a waste disposal company.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Access: Gates must be unlocked, and any obstructions removed. If access is blocked, service may be skipped, and you will still be charged. We may offer to reschedule at our discretion.
• Pet Safety: Pets must be secured away from service area with especially aggresive dogs. **We are not liable for escaped pets due to unsecured gates or fences. We are not responsible for dogs getting sick, we pride ourselves on having very strict sanatization of any object that touches another customers yard, ie boots, scoopers, bucket.**

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Service days may be adjusted for weather or efficiency.

• 24-Hour Notice Required: Late cancellations incur a 50% charge.
• No-shows: (e.g., locked gates, pet interference) are charged in full.

6. Billing & Payments

We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

• Auto-billing: Monthly subscribers are charged on the 1st.
• Late fees: $10 if over 7 days late.
• Reconnection Fee: $10 if service is paused due to non-payment.

7. Liability Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Hidden yard hazards (sprinklers, underground utilities).
• Reactions to pet-safe cleaning products.
• Wear and tear on yard surfaces.
• Odors from long-term waste buildup.

8. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate services. We reserve the right to terminate service for **rude, unsafe, or threatening behavior**.
