Simply enter service address and any comments/requests and payment.

Setting a plan
We optimize routes for your area a day in advance to keep costs low, you can request certain days and we will do our best to work with you! We will text your phone the day/night before your services with a time of estimated arrival, and then a text before we show up. Once route is set up it will be the same days of the week every week, subject to change.

Is your service guaranteed?▶
If we miss any dog poo during our visit, or miss a spot deodorizing, we will be back there within 24 to 48 hours for FREE. We love our customers!
How often should I schedule waste removal?▶
We always recommend at least weekly clean-ups.
Do I need to be home during service?▶
Nope, as long as we can access your yard and there's no aggressive dogs in your yard, there's no need for you to be home.
How do you dispose of the waste?▶
We double-bag the waste and put it in your dumpster. If you are subscribed to weekly cleanup or twice weekly then we take the waste and dispose of it for you in an eco friendly way.
Can my dog stay outside during service?▶
Absolutely! We love friendly dogs. Our policy states no dogs in the yard but just shoot me a text and let me know your dogs are cool as a cucumber and I will meet them during my first visit. If they like me (which they will lol) then no problems at all!.
What if I need to reschedule or skip a service?▶
Simply let us know 48 hours in advance, or text us for last-minute changes (if you text last minute there is no guarantee we can cancel, as we have routes optimized the day or 2 before and we have booked you instead of another customer)-we'll always try to accommodate!
Do you offer one-time cleanups?▶
Absolutely! Both one-time cleanups and ongoing services are available.
How do you handle payments?▶
We accept most payment methods and bill monthly for subscriptions (cancel anytime) and bill before time of service for one time cleanup. If the one time cleanup surpasses the 1 bucket then we add additional charges pro rated at our rates for each 1/4 bucket filled. If you buy a subscription and have an extreme excess of poo then we charge additional fees for the extra time same applies if you report having 1 dog but have 2 and so on, even with yard sizes. So, please be accurate with your info before checking out. There are no contracts necessary!
