Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Duty To Scoop! By scheduling or using our services, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Duty To Scoop ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you have any questions, contact us at malachi@dutytoscoop.com or 509-289-4608.
2. Service Area
We currently serve Walla Walla and College Place, WA. Additional locations may be added in the future.
3. Services Provided
We offer:
- Pet waste removal
- Yard deodorizing & sanitation
Customers can choose weekly, biweekly, twice a month, once a month or one time cleanings. custom schedules. You do not need to be home for service. We optimize routes, so service days may shift based on location.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Access: Gates must be unlocked, and obstructions removed. If we can’t access the yard, service may be skipped, but you’ll still be charged. We reserve the right to cancel service if access issues persist; however, at our discretion, we may offer to reschedule based on availability. Repeated access issues may result in termination of service.
- Pet Safety: Secure pets inside or away from the yard on service days. We strive to ensure safety, but if a pet escapes, the customer assumes responsibility. We are not liable for lost pets due to unsecured gates, fences, or other access issues.
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Service days may change due to efficiency routing or bad weather, optimization issues and at descresion of duty to scoop llc. We will notify customers when possible.
6. Billing & Payments
Payments are due before or at the time of service. Late payments may incur a $10 late fee.
7. Termination of Service
We may terminate service for rude, unsafe, or threatening behavior toward staff.
