Do I need to be home?
No. We just need access to the service area. Leave your gate accessible, share access instructions, and keep dogs inside during the visit.
What's included, and what costs extra?
Scooping is the core service. Weekly and twice-weekly plans include haul-away. Extra dogs, larger yards, heavy first-visit buildup, and optional yard treatments can add to the price. See our full pricing details before booking.
What if the yard has a lot of buildup?
The published first-clean policy includes up to one full 5-gallon bucket of waste. Additional waste is charged at $10 per extra bucket, prorated. Text us about your yard before booking if you’re unsure.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contract. Recurring service is billed monthly. Give at least 48 hours’ notice before the next billing cycle or visit to cancel without penalty, under the service agreement.
Can I choose the exact arrival time?
Service is organized by local routes, so exact appointment times aren’t guaranteed. We’ll coordinate a service day and provide visit updates. Weather and route changes can affect scheduling.
Do you take the waste with you?
Weekly and twice-weekly plans include haul-away. For one-time and bi-weekly service, waste is double-bagged and placed in your bin.
What if you miss a spot?
Contact us within 24 hours after service so we can correct it under our satisfaction policy. Waste deposited after the visit is handled at the next cleanup.
