We’ll contact you within 24 hours and arrange a service day that works. Weekly customers can have a regular service day. Routes can occasionally shift, and we’ll keep you informed if they do.

We’ll email a heads-up a couple of hours before service, another update around an hour ahead, and a GPS-based arrival estimate when we’re on the way. Then we’ll text when we arrive.

Clean equipment before we enter.

Please keep dogs indoors or securely separated while we work, especially protective or anxious dogs. Before entering, we disinfect our footwear and equipment with a professional kennel- and hospital-grade disinfectant to help reduce cross-yard contamination.

We walk the agreed service area in a grid pattern and collect the visible pet waste throughout your yard. If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to scoop the missed waste for free.

We close your gate, email you a photo of it, and text you when we’re finished. Weekly and twice-weekly plans include waste haul-away. With biweekly and one-time service, securely bagged waste is left at the agreed outdoor location. Then recurring customers enjoy the same dependable routine on their next service day.
