Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel 48 hours before your first visit of the billing cycle, we’ll issue a full refund or credit. Once any visit is completed that month, no refunds are issued.
One-Time Removals & Late Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations are charged 50%.
Missed Appointments
If we cannot access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or obstructions, you’ll still be charged in full. We may scoop double on the next visit or try to reschedule if possible.
Refund Policy
No refunds once service is performed. If we miss something, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right or return at no cost.
Refund Processing
All refunds are processed within 7 business days.
