No judgment here – life gets busy! If your yard has a bit of a buildup from a while back, that’s totally fine. Just a heads-up: if there’s excessive waste from being uncleaned for a while, there may be a one-time extra fee for the first visit since it takes more time, resources and work. If it’s only been a week or two, don’t worry, there’s no extra charge.

Here is a good reference below:

  • No fee: ≤2 weeks since last clean OR ≤2 × 5-gal buckets.

  • Tier 1 — Small heavy cleanup (≈ 2 – 4 buckets): $35 one-time

  • Tier 2 — Moderate (≈ 5–8 buckets): $95 one-time

  • Tier 3 — Large (≈ 9–16 buckets / months of buildup): $185 one-time

  • Tier 4 — Intense Cleanup (>16 buckets or >6 months): Custom quote, start at $300 or bill hourly at $60/hr with a 2-hour minimum.
