- yards over 1/2 acre are subject to extra charge per visit, it takes a lot longer to walk it to check for poo.
- Because our prices are so low we cannot schedule exact times for everybody, much like residential trash can pickup. However, so far we have worked with every single person to find a good day and time. But you do not need to be home when we clean your yard, just make sure we have access and aggressive dogs are put up while we are there. Thanks so much for your understanding!

All recurring plans cover a standard maintenance clean (up to 1 full 5-gallon bucket).
If there is heavy waste buildup on the first visit, a one-time initial setup fee applies for the excess.
